If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to request a return and refund, please review the following information regarding our return policy.

1. For composite materials, hemp fiber, bicycles, drones, badminton rackets, Peak rackets, and medical rehabilitation products (within 15 days from the date of receipt) purchased from the XINXIUXC online store or Alibaba International, you may request a return if one of the following conditions is met:

The product’s outer packaging, accessories, free gifts, and instruction manual are complete, show no signs of human-caused damage, have not been used, and remain in a condition suitable for resale.

A performance defect in the product is discovered that is not due to human-caused damage.

2. For products purchased at physical stores or from authorized dealers, please contact the original point of purchase regarding returns.

We reserve the right to refuse return requests under the following circumstances:

× Return requests submitted after the return period specified by XINXIU has expired, starting from the day after receipt.

× The returned item is incomplete; the outer packaging, accessories, promotional gifts, or instruction manual are missing, or the product’s appearance has been damaged due to human factors.

× If valid proof of purchase or receipts cannot be provided at the time of return, or if the documents have been forged or altered.

× Quality issues resulting from impacts or burns not caused by the product’s inherent defects, as well as those caused by unauthorized modifications, the ingress of foreign substances (such as water, oil, or sand), improper installation, or failure to use and operate the product in accordance with the instruction manual.

× Labels, product serial numbers, waterproof markings, anti-counterfeiting markings, etc., have been torn or altered.

× Products damaged due to unavoidable factors, such as fire, flood, lightning strikes, traffic accidents, or other acts of God.

× After contacting XINXIU to confirm the return service, the relevant items were not shipped within 7 calendar days.

× Other situations that do not meet the return criteria.
