Warranty Conditions
• Products that experience non-human-induced performance failures during normal use within the specified product warranty period.
• No unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or additions not guided by the official user manual, or other failures not caused by human error.
• Valid proof of purchase, receipts, and order numbers must be provided.
The following situations are not covered by the free product warranty service
• Accidents such as collisions, burning, or loss caused by human error unrelated to the product’s inherent quality.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or opening of the casing not in accordance with the official user manual.
• Damage or water ingress caused by incorrect installation, use, or operation not in accordance with the user manual.
• Damage resulting from the user’s own repair or installation of components without official guidance.
• Damage resulting from circuit modifications not covered by the official user manual, or from improper pairing of battery packs or chargers.
• Any damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions in the product manual.
• Damage caused by operating the product in harsh environments, such as strong winds, rain, or dust storms.
• Damage resulting from the aging or failure of components.
• Damage resulting from reliability or compatibility issues when used in conjunction with third-party components not certified by Xinshou.
• Damage resulting from insufficient discharge due to low battery power or the use of defective batteries.
• Signs of tampering, such as the removal or alteration of the device’s serial number, factory label, or other markings.
• Failure to ship the relevant components within 7 calendar days after contacting Xinshou to confirm warranty service.
Free Bicycle Repair Coverage
During the warranty periods listed below, if the bicycle you purchased malfunctions under normal use in accordance with the user manual, you may request after-sales service covered by this warranty from the original retailer where you purchased the bicycle.
Frame ——
General frames come with a lifetime warranty.
Frame warranty: 3 years.
The warranty period for frame decals and paint is 1 year.
Road Bike Fork ——
The road bike fork (non-suspension) is covered by a 10-year warranty.
The warranty period for the fork label and paint finish is 1 year.
Drivetrain ——
Free repairs for 2 years from the date of purchase.
General parts such as: suspension forks, rims, saddles, seatposts, shift levers, cassettes, chainrings, integrated cranksets, pedals, bottom brackets, front hubs, rear hubs, handlebars, stem, front brakes, rear brakes, brake levers, brake linings, kickstands, racks, suspension, chains, and fenders are covered by free repair service for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Xinxiu branded parts are covered by a 2-year warranty.
Consumable items other than the parts listed above are not covered by the warranty. For example: outer tires, inner tubes, spokes, bike bells, brake rubber components (brake pads, brake blocks), light bulbs, brake cables, shift cables, electrical wires and charging cables, bike baskets, handlebar straps, travel straps, etc., are all excluded from the warranty coverage for general parts.
