It offers strong resistance to shear forces and provides direct force transmission for components requiring high torsional rigidity. Additionally, it exhibits zero creep and a low coefficient of linear expansion, maintaining dimensional stability under long-term loading or temperature fluctuations.
Excellent Environmental Resistance: The material is resistant to high temperatures, acids, alkalis, salts, and atmospheric corrosion. In corrosive environments such as marine settings, the plain weave structure is a more suitable choice than twill.
Appearance and Machinability: The surface texture features a fine, uniform, grid-like “grainy” appearance with a smooth finish that can be finished to a glossy or matte surface. It supports custom processing such as CNC engraving and cutting, facilitating the fabrication of various components.
