E0-50 thermoplastic resin prepregs are processed using molding techniques such as compression molding. The resulting composite materials offer excellent toughness, impact resistance, and low permeability, making them suitable for industrial products in the 3C industry, sports equipment, fishing gear, and other applications. They are designed for long-term use at temperatures ranging from -50°C to 20°C.
EP-50 is a repairable, reprocessable thermoplastic resin suitable for thermoplastic resin systems cured at 150°C. Its viscosity and tack make it suitable for the prepreg process, as well as for pre-impregnated materials (hot-melt and solvent methods) reinforced with carbon fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, and fabrics.
This thermoplastic epoxy resin product is a white solid.
It features fast curing (<2 min), reworkability, and recyclability.
Compared to traditional thermosetting epoxy resins, this product exhibits superior toughness and impact resistance, with a fracture toughness index (KIC) of >1.6 MPa·m¹/² (ASTM-D 5045).
This product also offers excellent adhesion, thermal, and mechanical properties and is primarily used in the manufacture of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic
resin composite parts.
