EP-20 Toughened Epoxy Resin

Epoxy Resin

EP-20 is a high-toughness, toughened epoxy resin system suitable for medium-temperature curing at 120°C. Its viscosity and tack make it ideal for prepreg processes, and it is suitable for prepregs reinforced with carbon fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, and fabrics (using both hot-melt and solvent-based methods).

EP-20 epoxy prepregs are manufactured using molding processes such as autoclave curing, compression molding, and vacuum bagging. The resulting composite materials exhibit excellent toughness, impact resistance, and low permeability, making them suitable for industrial products such as 3C products, sports equipment, and fishing gear. They are designed for long-term use at temperatures ranging from -50°C to 20°C.
