EP-10-2 is a fast-curing resin suitable for medium-temperature (120°C) curing epoxy resin systems. Its viscosity and tack make it ideal for the prepreg process, particularly for prepregs reinforced with carbon fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, and fabrics (using both hot-melt and solvent-based methods).
EP-10-2 epoxy prepregs are processed using forming methods such as autoclave curing, compression molding, and vacuum bagging. The resulting composite materials exhibit excellent toughness, impact resistance, and low permeability, making them suitable for industrial products such as 3C products, sports equipment, and fishing gear. They are suitable for long-term use at temperatures ranging from -50°C to 20°C.
